EUGENE

OCCI, Inc.'s Eugene site is conveniently located in central Lane county, serving Eugene, Springfield, and all surrounding rural areas. The Eugene location also
serves as OCCI, Inc.'s corporate business office.

Many nationally-circulated magazines have touted Eugene, Oregon for its livability, pleasant climate, cultural diversity, quality of professional services, and economy.
The total population of Eugene, Springfield, and the surrounding area of Lane county is over 300,000. Eugene/Springfield has two excellent medical facilities, Sacred Heart Medical Center and McKenzie-Willamette Hospital. Eugene is home to the state's largest university, the University of Oregon. Eugene's location, quality of living,
edical facilities and university attract very high quality health care professionals.

OCCI, Inc.'s Eugene office is located downtown on W 11th Avenue between the streets of Washington and Jefferson, and the facility offers:

SALEM

In 2000, OCCI, Inc. established a third facility located in Salem, Oregon.

The Salem facility serves the greater Salem/Albany area. This includes the counties of Marion, Polk, Yamhill and Linn. Salem, the capital city of Oregon, is strategically located midway between Portland and Eugene on Interstate 5 in the middle of the Willamette Valley. Due to its proximity to Portland, its outstanding outdoor recreation, and the addition of high technology industries, Salem is in the midst of sustained, steady growth. The city features a high quality of life, exemplified by the friendly feel of a small town in a serene setting, but with access to big-city culture and activities. The services offered by our Salem location have the potential to reach a population base of over 400,000 in the Salem-metro area.

PORTLAND

In 1999, OCCI, Inc. expanded its operations to serve the largest metropolitan area in Oregon: the greater Portland/Vancouver region. Our Portland site is located in scenic northwestern Oregon, where the Columbia and Willamette rivers meet. This region includes six counties in Oregon (Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington, and Yamhill) and one county in Washington (Clark). As such, services offered by our Portland location have the potential to reach a population base of up to 2 million people.

Portland offers excellent health care, with providers ranging from primary care physicians and nurse practitioners to highly trained specialists. Alternative health care is also generally well received by Oregonians.

The Portland metropolitan area has a diverse economy with a broad base of manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and retail trade, regional government, and business services. Oregon Health and Science University is well known for education, research, and patient care and is one of the top ten employers in Portland.
